Shipping Policy:
Domestic shipping: USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 days.
International shipping: Airmail Parcel Post 4 to 10 days. We currently do not ship to all countries. If your country is not listed please contact us at info@kountry-bumpkin.com for a shipping quote.
Items are usually packaged and sent within 1 to 2 business days.
Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.

Payment Policy:
We currently accept Credit card payments through paypal, money orders and cashiers checks. Personal checks are accepted but require a 5 to 10 day waiting period before orders are shipped.

Returns Policy:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please contact us as to the reason for return. After approval, returns are accepted up to 14 days from purchase. Refunds may be given up to the purchase price only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sales Tax:
A 6.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Illinois. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.
